The Nurse Telephone Triage service is here to assist your employees, patients and/or clients decide what kind of care they may best suit their needs. Callers may be able to treat the condition at home, need to see a physician, physician's assistant, or a nurse practitioner, or get urgent or immediate care. The Telephone Triage RN will be able to assist patients with determining the best treatment route for the following issues:
